Please read the following warranty, as it protects you as the buyer and gives you certain rights and responsibilities.
Under no circumstances will this kitten/cat or any of its offspring be donated, leased or sold to any pet store, research lab or facility. This kitten/cat will be kept indoors and not allowed to roam freely outside. If kitten/cat is found to be mistreated or neglected, purchaser agrees to surrender the kitten/cat to the seller forfeiting any refund of purchase price.
If you do not feed a soy free food, likelihood of skin allergies is high. We do not assume responsibility for illness brought on by poor nutrition.
Warranty: It is the responsibility of EXOTIC FURS to deliver a clean, healthy, socialized kitten, free of disease, life-threatening defects, and internal or external parasites upon delivery.
When a kitten is shipped by air, a health certificate accompanies them. We assume NO responsibility for airline mishaps.
"EXOTIC FURS" will also deliver upon the signing and return of this warranty, contract, and all applicable applications BREEDING RIGHTS if the kitten is sold for breeding or show. A kitten purchased as a family pet will be entered as such in the individual records, and with the CFA as well. ALL kittens purchased as pet have to be neutered/spayed until 1 year old.
The responsibilities of the buyer are: to have your kitten examined by your veterinarian within 72 hours.
If he finds a life threatening disease have him notify Exotic Furs immediately. We will refund the purchase price or replace the kitten with another one of the same sex, and breed of equal value as soon as one is available. Veterinarian fees, medicines, travel, shipping and any quarantine will be the buyer’s responsibility.
If kitten has life threatening illness due to genetics up until age ONE YEAR, we will replace the kitten with one of equal value as soon as one is available. Our vet must confirm the diagnosis. All transportation costs and vet fees are the responsibility of the owner. Cat MUST be returned to us to be replaced.
Seller keeps a closed cattery and all cats have tested negative for FeLV and PKD. Due to studies at Cornell University, FIP vaccination can potentate actual FIP, therefore Seller does not guarantee health of kittens if they are vaccinated after going to new homes. Any proceedings regarding this contract must be brought in a court in the State of New Jersey.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
